A couple of weekends ago the kids and I went to San Antonio with my parents for a quick trip to Fiesta Texas. The next morning we joined my Dad bright and early for breakfast at our favorite spot for huevos rancheros in, well, the entire world. If we aren't feeling like making the trek through the Market Square to go to Mi Tierra, then Blanco Cafe more than makes up for it. This was the kids' first trip and it was so cute to watch them tear up the tortillas right along with us. Plus, you gotta love a place where you can load up on pan dulce for something like $4.
