Earlier this week my new lens came in and it has completely changed my life. I went back and forth between buying my dream camera + new lens combo, or just getting a new lens for the Nikon D40 that I hijacked from my Dad. At just over $100 for the Nikon lens it was actually a no-brainer and I'm so upset that I didn't get it sooner. I still have so much to learn, but I am actually giddy over how easy the lens is to use. The pictures are so clear and bright - it's truly a dream come true to add this beauty to our collection.
